The early breeze in the mornings
Babies who look with wonder
Who give a sweet smile
In response to loving touch
A miracle to behold

Today I will rest
And contemplate the journey
Consider the past
Focus on the future things
And celebrate the present
~
It’s a secret awareness
Living from the inside out
Quietness and reflection
Bring life to the now
~
I see through different lens
Myself and also others
Understanding is the key
When I know, I love

Future connections
We have just one life to live
I’ve decided to live well
Joy will be at my center
Peace will be at my goal
Pursue a life of love
Asses where you are
Be gentle in the process
